A short SOW aimed at developing students Creative writing skills through the popular genre of Zombie fiction. Extracts are included within the price-I do not own these extracts, they are freely available online and all credit goes to the original authors and publishers.

Get your students thinking like poets! Using assorted lyrics from songs, plays, novels and historical quotes students will compose their own poetry based around given themes. Feel free to add your own ideas for themes and exemplary poems (one is provided). Tested with higher ability and lower ability with great success at KS4 level.

Examples of song lyrics and other textual quotes to be used with the Cut & Paste poetry lesson also available on my shop! Designed as a starting point so feel free to add your own/remove as you see fit. Easily spaced to be cut into strips and scattered around the room.
